Request for Proposal by the City of Cordova, Alaska for Construction of Sewer Line at Parks Maintenance Shop

The City of Cordova, Alaska is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide all necessary services to design and install a sewer line from the Parks Maintenance Shop to the manhole/street.
Proposals will be received until 10 a.m. Alaska Time, Friday October 27, 2023. Proposals received after the time fixed for the receipt of the bids shall not be considered.
For paper copy proposals, please submit one (1) copy in a sealed envelope marked, “RFP# PR-23-05 PARKS MAINTENANCE SEWER LINE” addressed to the Parks and Recreation Director, City of Cordova, P.O. Box 1210, Cordova, AK 99574.
Electronically submitted proposals will be accepted by email and sent to Samantha Greenwood at publicworks@cityofcordova.net and Duncan Chisholm at parksandrec@cityofcordova.net. The email subject line shall read “RFP# PR-23-05 PARKS MAINTENANCE SEWER LINE,” the proposal shall be attached to the email as a PDF file.

The City of Cordova reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities in the proposals, and to award contracts to the most qualified proposer.
