The City Manager administers all City operations and oversees Department and Personnel activities. The City Manager maintains an office at City Hall but is often out in the community or representing the city at regional and state events. While the city manager may participate in council discussions at the city council meetings, the manager is not a voting member of the governing body.

Contact the baler directly for information on the city landfill and disposal of hazardous waste.
Contact the utility desk for information on utility billing.
Water and Sewer Superintendent
Contact the water and sewer department for non-emergency service issues or for assistance with water quality testing. For emergencies, call police dispatch at 424-6100.
Hours of Operation
Dispatchers are available 24-7 via telephone. Jail visitation is scheduled Monday-Friday from 9am-9:30 for immediate family only depending on officer availability.
