2 ea. – Doosan G25WDO-3A-T4F generator.

The City of Cordova, the OWNER, is requesting bids for
2ea. Doosan Towable Generators.
Purpose:
The City of Cordova is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors interested in providing two (2) portable Doosan G25WD0-T4FT emergency backup generators. Lump sum price to include shipping to Cordova, Alaska.
Background:
The purchase of these generators is being funded with Federal 2020 State Homeland Security Program Grant funding. Bids must not exceed the allotted project budget.
Submittal Procedures:
Proposals are due at 2:00pm Alaska time on May 4th, 2022, any proposal received after 2:00pm will not be considered.
For paper proposals, please submit one (1) copy in a sealed envelope plainly marked “ITB” PS#01-22 / 2 EA. Doosan G25WDO-3A-T4F addressed to the City Fire Marshal, City of Cordova, P.O Box 1210 Cordova, Ak 99574.
Electronically submitted proposals will be accepted by email and sent to fire@cityofcordova.net and emc@cityofcordova.net.The email subject line shall read “ITB” PS#01-22 / 2 EA. Doosan G25WDO-3A-T4F, the proposal shall be attached as a PDF file.
Any further information or addendums for this ITB will only be posted and available on the City website, www.cityofcordova.net. Addendums should be acknowledged in the ITB.
The City of Cordova reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to accept any bid that is in the best interest of the City, and to negotiate the terms and conditions of any bids leading to acceptance and final execution of a contract for services.

Bid Schedule
The Bidder shall include a lump sum price in the bid response. A check mark shall be placed by each of the confirmed required items below and each of the confirmed items on the attached cut sheet.

- Multiphase capabilities
- Cost of generator and trailer shipped to Cordova (FOB)

- Cold weather package
Tentative Schedule of Contract Award
- Invitation to bid April 4th
- Bids due May 4th 2pm
- City Council approval of bid award May 18th
- Notice to proceed sent May 19th
- Generators to be shipped to Cordova (FOB) no later than August 4th
