The Harbor Department will remove the damaged sections of the floating dock next to the in-harbor boat launch ramp on December 11 and 12.
After the damaged sections are removed, only a small part of the dock will remain. This means the floating dock will not be usable.
Please use the Drive Down Dock to load and unload gear.
The dock needs to be removed now to stop more damage and to allow repairs. The damage happened earlier this year when a large vessel hit the dock.
We know this may cause inconvenience. Thank you for your patience while we work to have the dock repaired and back in place this spring.
