City Property Tax Assessors Visiting Cordova the Week of November 3
City Property Tax Assessors will be in Cordova the week of November 3, 2025. During their visit, they’ll be updating land and improvement values for the 2026 tax season.
If you’d like to schedule an appointment for the assessors to specifically visit your property, please contact the Clerk’s Office.
You will also have another opportunity to meet with them in March if you wish to appeal your assessment.
