In preparation for South Harbor construction the City of Cordova is asking that all vehicles parked in the lot on the southwestern side of the South Harbor and at the end of Nicholoff Way be removed no later than October 9, 2023. This area is outlined in red in the graphic below.

Any vehicles left in this zone beyond October 9 will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Overwintering of unattended vehicles will not be allowed in the North or South Harbor parking areas throughout the South Harbor Rebuild Project. Vehicles parked longer than 48 hours may be towed.

The Breakwater Walking Path and Veteran’s Memorial Park will be open during non-construction hours.

Street access and parking during the construction period (October through June) will be limited and subject to change as the project progresses – Your patience and continued support are greatly appreciated!
