Construction starts back up on the Northern Region Culverts Stage III project this Thursday, 3/25. Orca Road will be closed 7am to 7pm Monday-Saturday, and 7am to 12pm Sundays to all non-essential traffic. The Alaska Department of Transportation hopes to have the project completed by early June.
