Noon Fitness Classes to Fit Your Style

All classes are complimentary with Bidarki membership.  Day rates are available.

Cardio Fit – Combination of aerobic and athletic moves.  Class utilizes body weight moves, dumbbells, mats and step.  Music and high energy make this class fun and rewarding.  No two classes are the same!  All levels of fitness.  Approx. 45 minutes.  Instructor:  Susie or “Jimbo”

Retro-bics – Break out your headbands and leg warmers…just kidding.  This class is a favorite of many! Includes step aerobics, cardio kickboxing moves and an abdominal-blasting cool down.  Step box and dumbbells used in this class.  All levels welcome.  Step to the beat and have fun!  Instructor:  Susie

Tabata Founded by a Japanese scientist named Izumi Tabata.  Any exercise can be incorporated into the Tabata training. However the basic outline of the Tabata training method is:
•     20 seconds of intense training
•     10 seconds of rest
4 minutes of this cycle equals 1 Tabata Session.  We usually do 7 – 8 sessions.  Intermediate – advanced fitness levels, however beginners are always welcome…workout at your own pace.  Instructor: Susie

Station Rotation – Be ready for anything!  Move from station to station, 1 minute per station.  Push yourself, challenge yourself, learn what you CAN do and have FUN!  You might be outside or indoors, balancing on a board or doing handstands, hanging from Olympic rings, running agility drills, swinging kettlebells, throwing medicine balls, punching bags, throwing ropes, stretching rubber bands, lifting weights, torching your abs or posing in downward dog…the list goes on.  All levels of fitness.  Come and go as you please.  Workout for 1 minute or 1 hour, it is up to you.  All Levels of fitness.  Bring a towel and water.  Instructor: “Jimbo”

Strength Training – Work out with weights.  Learn proper form and technique.  Develop a long list of exercises that you can take with you to any gym and feel comfortable utilizing all the equipment.  Beginner to Advanced.  Strengthen muscles, joints and burn more calories.  Instructor: “Jimbo”
